温州中津先进科技研究院—newford research institute of advanced technology (nriat)，坐落于温州市鹿城区。研究院针对温州产业转型，以“建设世界级的研发机构、产业界的开路先锋”为愿景，带领温州经济发展，协助建立新兴科技产业，培育高端技术人才，向本地企业输入技术与专利，提升本地企业的竞争力，帮助本地企业完成从轻工业企业向轻资产创新企业的转型，从“制造”走向“智造”，全面增强温州市的自主创新能力并提升在国家科技创新战略中的地位。
温州中津先进科技研究院借鉴苏州、深圳等地的成功经验，参考香港应用科技研究院、台湾新竹工业研究院、惠普（hp）实验室等海内外知名科技转换及人才孵化中心的成功模式，结合温州经济的特点打造的科研机构。研究院以引进先进人才与技术为起点，逐步建立健全科技研发体系。
我院以网络智能技术为特色，充分融合电子信息、激光光电、移动互联网等学科领域的各种先进技术，形成具有高度学科交叉与突破性创新的研究风格。主要研究领域包括：
智能计算、网络大数据分析；
电子商务、互联网金融创新、创新设计、文化时尚；
智能应用、物联网、智慧城市与智慧楼宇设计；
移动医疗、可穿戴设备、癌症检测与诊断。
